1. Form of service provision

VIP cars are provided only through professional drivers appointed by our company. Rental without a driver is not possible.

2. User requirements

The customer using the service must be at least 21 years old and must present an ID card at the time of ordering.

3. Reservation and execution

• Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

• The minimum order period is 3 hours.

4. Price and payment terms

The rental price includes the following:

• Car use

• Driver service

• Fuel

• Full insurance

Payment is possible by cash, bank card or transfer.

5. Order cancellation

• Cancellation must be made at least 12 hours before the service starts.

• In case of late cancellations, the company has the right to retain the service fee.

6. Liability and insurance

The car is fully insured. However, compensation for damage caused by the actions of the customer and passengers is the responsibility of the customer in accordance with the insurance rules.

7. Company rights

The company has the right to unilaterally terminate the service in cases where the customer violates the rules of conduct or uses the car for purposes other than its intended purpose.
